Upon arrival at this air show, this contract is considered fully executed.  In the event that John Bagley is not able to perform due to weather or other circumstances beyond his control, the air show organizer agrees to pay the full agreed upon fee by the last day of the show.  This contract can be cancelled with a minimum of 90 days prior notice to the show.
